Brian really impressed us as the inspector for our new build home. First, our builder was…read moreexperiencing delays but did not want to admit to being behind, so Brian had to go out to our build multiple times before it was ready. He did not hold that against us, and even sent us a video to show the status of the house. He had to work with a short timeline once they finished, and he squeezed it in even with a busy business and personal schedule. The other impressive part is the thoroughness and technology of his report. We now have drone photos of our house and had details and imagery to support requests that we had to make to the builder/seller.
