Since I'm hard of hearing, I asked if we could instead continue the scheduling discussion via email, to which she agreed, and provided her email address. So I immediately sent her an email... and that was the end of our communication. No response to my email and no further communication via Yelp chat either, despite several prompts from me asking for a response. Completely ghosted. Verdict: Poor communication skills, total waste of my time having engaged with them. Avoid.
