Her website states that paper documents are acceptable, but apparently they are not. Five days later we received the response attached here. I can see why this person is in business for themselves, as any employer would fire them. I can scarcely believe how rude and useless this person is. Now we have found a professional through another company. The only good thing to say about this is that my friend will not be recommending her anymore, and at least I did not lose any money.
