They listened to our vision and provided solid advice on how to make it a reality. Furthermore, they were able to connect us with a very competent team of professionals, from architect to cabinet designer and everything in between. At times, when small hiccups came up, they found a way to solve problems. In several instance, they made suggestions that improved upon our vision. We also felt that the value for their work was fair and their attention to detail was outstanding. We should also mention that the basement they worked on is in our second home, so much of the construction took place while we weren't present. They communicated regularly and kept us informed every step of the way. Also of note is that they took the time to clean up properly once the project was completed. We've had contractors leave a mess behind once they consider their work done- but not in this case. We will definitely use Dynamic for future projects. 100 % recommend

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the exceptional work demonstrated by Trinity Outdoor Design. Their quality of service, communication throughout the project and the final product exceeded our expectations. We had needed some accommodations regarding when the loudest construction would take place which they respected and they even finished the project earlier than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The only feedback we have is that we had hoped to work together to resolve a misunderstanding regarding something we needed done for the project that turned out not to be included in the original estimate, and was a little disappointed that they didn't follow up about the issue at the end of the project. We believe that if there had been a little more communication at the end of the project, their service could have been even more exceptional. Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect. Antonio did a great job knocking out the work, and the end result looks perfect! I would certainly recommend Trinity to anyone, and I'll be contacting them again when I'm ready to redo my deck and patio!

Chase put the bid together on the spot, while thoroughly explaining each line item. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure to make an immediate decision. HomeStrong's bid turned out to be the lowest price, had a great warranty, and included everything we needed. I got a good vibe based on the professional manner in which the bid was prepared. I had a unique issue that required a structural engineer evaluation, which was included in the bid. Lalo and Daner arrived as scheduled to do the crawl space and had to alter the original plan a bit. They completed the project in two days (original estimate was three) and everything was left clean. They were friendly, polite and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was satisfied. After accepting the bid, I did have to reach out to Chase a couple of times when there delays in communication. He was able to get things moving quickly. Millworks Construction Services in Winter Park is the worst company out there! Our family had…read morenothing but problems with this company. We hired them to complete our log home after the log company set the logs, up to the point of getting a CO. They said it would be an 8 month build and provided us with a cost estimate. After 2 years and more than $100K over their bid we finally told them we couldn't afford another penny of their unbelievable overcharges and we finished the rest by ourselves! They didn't even know what they needed to complete to get a CO! Besides that, which was enough, a lot of their work and the work of their sub-contractors was shoddy and incomplete. We had to finish or redo a number of things to fix their screw-ups! They even failed the framing inspection and then charged us to fix the things that they were failed on!! Several of their sub-contractors were not licensed, including two plumbers that they hired, the first one made off with $10,000.00 for about $3000.00 worth of work and Millworks made us eat that, they didn't take responsibility for their own screw-up with that either!! I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you are building a true log home.

He also is a great communicator, is pro-active, goes the extra mile, and does what he says he will do! We had many unexpected issues pop up in our kitchen and bath re-model as our condo is in a very old building PLUS we were on a tight timeline as we had folks coming to stay at our condo and Matt somehow managed to work thru it all and meet our deadline.
