Within less than a week, the cabinet paint began flaking and chipping down to bare wood with very light contact, which indicates the surfaces were not properly prepped or primed. There are also visible paint runs, uneven coverage, and areas that appear unsanded or not properly repaired before painting. Because I was concerned, I had two separate professionals come out for second opinions. All of them independently agreed the preparation was done incorrectly and that the cabinets and door jambs will likely need to be redone. I've been told it will cost me thousands of dollars to properly fix. I paid several thousand dollars expecting durable, professional results, and this has been very disappointing. I'm not sharing this to be harsh, but to help others make an informed decision. Prep work and attention to detail matter, and unfortunately those steps were lacking in my case.

I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. During the installation, the team was equally respectful and efficient. At the conclusion, you would never have known they were there. Everything was returned to its original places, not a bit of trash or product remaining, and the only sign was the new roof! With the top notch roof, we also expect to save about 25% on our insurance!
