Pretty good selection and prices but there are either way too many employees or not enough. Some occasions you get bombarded by asking if you need help, literally every 5 steps or the opposite where you need help and a bunch of them are standing around. Al's is my favourite shoe store. I live an hour away and come to visit Al's about once a month. They have always been awesome. The staff is super helpful. They also have all of the sizes you would ever need. As a size 13/14 mens, it's very difficult to find trendy shoes. Their prices are also very reasonable. Can't wait to go back! read more

Bought my son a pair of shoes for back to school here, as I usually do. Never before have I had trouble but when I tried to return them and asked for store credit because he did not like them, I was told they couldn't take them back. Their policy states exchange or store credit, however they clearly do not honor this. I have two other kids who also need back to school shoes which means 6 pairs of shoes total, usually twice a year, they have lost my business completely after this. Do not buy here if you think you may want to exchange the shoes they will not honor their policy. Very poor customer service. read more
