After searching for various venues in the area, we found Packer Hall at Trinity Episcopal Church. It was much less expensive than other venues, so we decided to give it a try. Our Mehendi Party was a hit thanks to Packer Hall. It was a clean and spacious venue with numerous tables and chairs available to set up as needed. There was a kitchen that we were allowed to use which had plenty of fridge and freezer space. This enabled us to keep the 3 ice cream cakes we had bought frozen without a problem. There was also an oven and microwave available for our use which was very convenient as our guests arrived at various times throughout our party. There was a playground where the kids were able to play and be entertained while the adults chatted and, since it was a sunny day, this was especially helpful. There was plenty of parking for all our guests since there was a rear parking lot with lots of space and a front overflow parking lot for the remaining guests. Trash cans and cleaning supplies were located conveniently to wrap up the party along with dumpsters outside for us to dispose of all our garbage bags. Finally, the facilities' coordinator, Julie, was easy to work with and very friendly and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Packer Hall to anyone looking for a space to hold an event for up to 100 people at a reasonable price.
