Hello, I just wanted to leave a review, my service was great, but I did encounter a vibe that…read moreruffled my feathers-- as I was waiting for my service I saw and over heard one of the stylist become very upset with the sweet girl that was charging and checking people into the appointments, from what i understood she made a mistake on this customers charged amount due to a lack of communication, what I don't find professional at all in this situation was the public hostility and lack of private conversation about the mistake... instead the stylist approached the girl in a passive aggressive manner in front of 3 costumers; one she was helping, the lady sitting next to me, and myself. She asked her how much she charged the previous customer, and without letting this girl answer,abruptly stated that " she needed to ask next time!!" in short I just find that behavior wildly Inappropriate, and should never be publicly upset our discuss an issue with an employee in front of other customers-- I understand, mistakes happen, but it would be in our best interest to solve employee problems discretely and not make other customers feel uncomfortable , as it was very apparent the stylist was in a hostile/passive aggressive attitude during the time she found out she didn't get her moneys worth of her service she provided... which I can understand. I just feel bad the girl as I could tell she was embarrassed.
