Awesome experience. Got my pants measurements altered perfectly i am definitely going back in there is i need any help in altering

Brought an expensive dress with 3 layers that I needed to get hemmed here back in March during a trip to the Philippines. I was very impressed with their service and quality. The dress was able to be hemmed very quickly for a much cheaper price than had I gotten it done in the US (around $8). The service was very nice and helpful. Was so excited to see this alterations place in my building, because I have a whole bag of 10 -15 clothing items I'd like altered. The excitement quickly faded, though: they don't have any machines to alter swimsuits. Fair enough, as that's not a common request. But that bag of pants, skirts, and dresses? I attempted to take a photo of the price list to decide back in my apartment which items were worth repairing and bringing in, and I was immediately admonished/ reprimanded by the clerk. "No photos of the prices! You're not allowed!" Um, ok. Not sure what type of business practice that is, but certainly not helpful, transparent, or useful at all. Needless to say, I'll find someplace else to take my bag of clothes to for altering. read more

One of my biggest fears is definitely buying a nice piece of clothing that doesn't fit me well. With my slender frame, it's really hard to find a coat from the men's section that isn't too big. There are even instances wherein the smallest coat size available is still too big for me. I don't actually mind going to the women's section to buy a nice coat that would fit me just right, but I am afraid people will judge me for it ('cause fuck society). Every time I am experiencing all of these problems, I just go to Alter to Fit in SM Megamall to turn my baggy coats into a sharp, tailored blazer. What I really like about this place is the staff. They are always willing to provide suggestions to their customers. They also make sure that the hemming always matches the original, so that the piece of clothing doesn't look like it has been altered. The prices for their services are also really cheap, and they always provide discounts and promos to all their loyal customers. read more

Opened 30 mins late. Before I asked in fb if they can repair my cloth and they said yes. When I went there they said they couldn't. Wasted my time. The staff was nice though. read more
