The facility is clean, so many machines and dryers available, and the staff is friendly. It's coin only so bring cash and you can get coins from their machine. It's open to the public on weekends and Wednesday starting at 9am. Their drop off rate is something like $2.50/lb with a 15lb min and we just didn't have that much to wash. I'm so grateful this place was here as we needed to do laundry twice during our stay.

Every time I come in to drop off or pick up clothes the woman working there remembers my name. If I do a little bit of shopping first at City Market, 9 out of 10 times if I have something there to pick up, she has it ready and waiting for me by the time I get to the window. I don't know much about the "green clean process" but I can say that once they switched to that process my clothes have shown the difference. They don't smell as much like chemicals and they seem to keep their colors longer, which is a big plus for me as I can't afford to go shopping often. All in all I will continue to go here, as I've found them to be the most competent of their competitors in the valley, and I really appreciate the personalized service I receive from the staff that has been there for awhile now.
