Stay clear of this place. They do not follow lab protocol. Positive test results are often not shared with patients until after specimen are no loner viable ( so no possibility of proving a false positive) . This often followed procedure results in dire consequences for patients as one can not prove false positives. My sons Counselor (Brian) had no idea of the lab protocol and recommendations in relation to ETA testing ( which is actually printed ON the test results). After speaking with the lab toxicology tech and learning the name of the recommended follow up test my sons councilor denied ( THREE times) the test even existed!! The informational videos patients are forced to watch are on VCR!!! When my son asked about the possibility that their might be new methods of treatment and information given the VCR format is no longer even available for purchase, he was told by Brian " not much changes".
