The technician give us his recommendation for the furnace to work properly...Leave the furnace room door open and do not use your fireplace in the adjacent room !!!?? They did not return calls. Funny because modern furnaces are made of stainless steel and so they don't need really need annual or bi-annual servicing other than changing the filter twice a year
