As a new owner of a Alumaweld, I'm disappointed in them. The customer service with Alumaweld has been horrible. They don't meet target dates. Was actually a couple months late getting the boat complete. They had the wrong trailer made and I made the long drive to pick it up to realize I have to drive back home with out a boat. Not even a sorry. But charged me full price to replace the trailer. Hard time getting documents to register my boat with DMV. Second time out already having issue with boat because they didn't properly install the engine. Actually didn't use all yamaha parts like they said and I had to pay for a repair with less than 6hrs on the engine. When I called them about this issue they hung up. Horrible experience. Will never buy an Alumaweld again. They point the fingers at everyone else. Including the owner who claims he had no idea. Then avoids your emails. read more
