I am newer to the area and was in search of a new hair stylist. I tried out Alure and had Katie Hillard as my stylist. She is absolutely amazing! I came in with a specific picture and Katie helped me tailor that look to what was best for me. I have never been happier with a hair coloring ever than I am with this style Katie gave me! She was friendly and attentive and the entire staff was so sweet! I have to disagree with the previous reviewer, as far as women styles go.. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable my all over color, highlight and conditioning treatment cost. It was very doable. I cannot give this place enough kudos. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. My usual hairdresser is named Katie and she is FAN-FLIPPIN-TASTIC! She's super bubbly and fun! I never leave dissatisfied. She is very talented and will also make you laugh! I am also a big fan of Gail, the receptionist, and Courtney, another hairdresser. I have been to this salon 2 times, one for a cut and one for a color. Both experiences have been excellent. From the cleanliness of the entire salon to the friendliness of the staff, this salon provides an amazing experience start to finish. I had stylist Katie for both of my appointments and both times it came out exactly how I pictured it. They are very talented at this salon and I will always go here. The salon is beautiful. Gail, the manager took me for a tour and gave me the low-down on all the services. Katie, my stylist was awesome. I have happily been going to Alure for a couple of years now. The staff is fantastic and while their old location was nice, their new location is even better. This salon is absolutely fantastic. The best. I drive an hour to come here and my mom will drive up from Baltimore to see Wendy! Our color is always perfect and the cut is exactly what we imagine.
