Deshalb wurde der Check-in verweigert. Ich versuchte, den Preisunterschied per Kartenzahlung auszugleichen, was jedoch abgelehnt wurde mit der Begründung, es sei nicht möglich. Nach fünf Stunden Diskussionen am Schalter, begleitet von mangelnder Kundenfreundlichkeit, und stundenlangen Telefonaten mit dem Reiseveranstalter in Deutschland, stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen Systemfehler handelte. Leider erfolgte keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels.

We have been in many resorts in Antalya The worst service…read moreever. They don't give a shit about The guests, we are setting in the lobby with 120 Fahrenheit heat they turn off the AC and the lights to save money. You ask for Ice they won't bring you. We switched 3 rooms and asked for no smoking rooms but all the room smell really bad and can't stand. There is only Ac in the lobby only during the day once you go to the other floor it's like steam suna. What a waste of our one week. Most of the guests are from some countries that they don't care about customer service and for them it's ok I guess. The free wifi is a joke if you want to watch a phone or a video forget about it. You have to pay for a speed wifi even paid one is a joke it took 15 minutes to upload a video on Facebook.
