Her bad review was a revenge tactic because one of the sitters had to call her out on her bad behavior that was upsetting my dad. The sitter was actually protecting my dad and went above and beyond to make sure his health was her top priority. As far as the other remarks that she made, those were all lies. My dad and the rest of the family have been extremely pleased with the care he has received from this company. All of the sitters, have been very caring, compassionate, and wonderful companions to my dad. If you are looking for a way to keep your love one home, when they can't live alone any longer, this company IS the answer. This is a WONDERFUL company with WONDERFUL employees.

My Dad sat in piss all day and was soaked when he got home. She didn't even take him to the restroom or out of the car all day. The administrator, Robin Cox of this company says she allows her sitter employees to shop and leave their dementia clients in a car alone all day and that they encourage it. My Dad won't even wear a seat belt in a vehicle and he is on blood thinners. This is so negligent. Taking my Dad on an outing for an hour or two may be ok if he was transported in a company vehicle with property insurance liability. The outing should be something for my Dad, not being left unattended in a car for 5 hours while the sitter goes clearance sale shopping for herself. After this shopping spree she came back and fed my Dad iceberg lettuce with egg on top while she sat and played on her phone and texted and called her buddies telling them about all the sales she shopped while my Dad was neglected and sat in piss and in pain unattended in her car. They don't come out or know medicare codes or what is medicare approved. Go with Glenwood trust me, It will make your life easier. Glenwood hires experienced RN, LPN OT's, I can not say enough about their PT Jake Tan. He really cares and takes the time to makes life adjustments for for each patient; to make mobility easier for the patient. He gives VIP service, compassion, and not only hope but I witness my mother go from a wheelchair to walking again and even driving. She did not get that in a nursing home doing PT 5 days a week 2 times a day.

Although some of their employees are top notch, others are in my opinion criminal in their behavior. After complaints to APS which was found to be true the employee in question was supposedly removed as my relative's case manager, we were led to believe she was fired and not allowed near my relative. It was our belief, she stole from him and intimidated him on a regular basis. Much to my surprise I found out now she is still working there and turned up at my relatives house today. This employee changed my relatives phone number so that I could not reach him. I live out of state and had no way to get the number until I traveled there in person. My relative did not even know the phone number. This company had my relative who is barely competent sign over all his rights to them. We believe they proceeded to isolate him from his family and make medical decisions for him without his family being informed. This is what we have been able to glean from our conversations with our relative as he has been instructed not to discuss anything with his family or they will take away his only worker who he really likes, is what he has told us. If we had known about this companys' alleged behavior with other clients we would have never have used them. In my opinion relatives should never subject their loved ones to this companies care. Everything I have written is my opinion and my families. We do not seek to malign or slander any one individual party.

To add to the horrible care they have owed us a very large refund which we have received one excuse after the other, owners not in to sign the check, corporate is not around, check is large so several people need to approve it. We paid several months up front only to have her sent someplace else without ever even telling us and had the head nurse said they told us everything and we forgot.
