They predicted about 12 weeks from demo to completion, and things stayed on schedule. We were impressed that there was rarely downtime.   We hired them to design the space and do the construction. Their design team took our suggestions and put together beautiful plans, which we didn't make too many changes too. They suggested great fixtures, hardware, appliances etc and generally understood what our hopes were and put them into action.  When construction started we had a group chat with the project manager and site supervisor to keep lines of communication open. If we had questions, we could ask them and get answers quickly. We did hope to have more weekly check in meetings with our crew to avoid on the fly decisions, but schedules made that difficult.  Of course no contractor is perfect, and there were a few bumps here and there. But Gardner fox did a beautiful job in our kitchen, and they continue to be responsive when things come up. We would recommend them and use them again.
