This was set up as a birthday surprise for my 6year old daughter's birthday today, and I told Alma that when I called. She mentioned that her schedule was busy, but that she had a bit of time for an appointment. Fast forward to today. We showed up 10 minutes early in order to make sure we were on time and to respect her time. We sat there for 30 minutes, and at that point she came over to let me know that it would be at least another 30 minutes because her schedule was crazy. At this point, we weren't waiting any longer, because if her schedule is that crazy, and she's going to be an hour behind, our service would likely be rushed as well. I just wanted a fun first experience for my daughter for her birthday, but that was taken from us due to poor scheduling and communication. If her schedule truly was that busy, then she never should have scheduled us to begin with, so I would have had the opportunity to find someone else to plan this surprise with. Needless to say, I will never be trying this salon again.
