The food was amazing! Great ambience, decor, and staff. We loved spending our Mother's Day brunch here!

I've been to Amada a few times now. Let's start with the service. Our waiter was extremely nice and accommodating. He lowered the lighting for us and even got the manufacturer and name of their table chairs because I loved them! The ambiance is nice, especially with the lights lowered. The seating was comfortable but stylish. I think this is the perfect spot to grab a few tapas before hopping to another place or maybe a nightcap and dessert. The pricing is a bit excessive in my opinion. The deviled eggs and potatas bravas were tasty but not worth $8 each. Same goes for the street corn priced at $10. Our highlights of the night: Endives (fresh and delicious ingredients) and the mussels

This is a wonderful new addition to Southside dining! The interior is beautiful and the service was amazing. We started with chicken croquettes - they were creamy and good, wish they had a tad more sauce with them though to offer more flavor. The seared salmon was excellent, cooked perfect and tasted very fresh. Classic Patatas bravas always a crowd pleaser. My husband really enjoyed the octopus, he said is was expertly seasoned. Ended the meal with the cheesecake which was a perfect size bite for one (I don't eat cheesecake personally) but maybe not enough for everyone to share. Will definitely be back again!

After a pleasant evening at Amadas.

First time eating at Amadas for a birthday dinner, we were not disappointed. The host staff were very courteous, and I'm pretty sure the owner came and spoke to us and said how grateful she was that we'd chosen to celebrate there. The food is excellent, especially the eggplant and potatas, and it's easy to share with others. The general ambiance and vibe felt welcoming, and the bits of decor added so much to the space. I would highly recommend this place, certainly as a date night space or for a fun night out with friends. Thanks for serving us and making our experience so great!

This place was great. Tasty, well thought out tapas dishes. I had the yellow tail, meatballs, stuffed pasta, fried deviled eggs and the cheesecake. All of it was awesome. The decor was modern and fresh and very artsy. We will definitely be back.

We were super excited when we saw there was a new tapas bar in Chattanooga! The restaurant was super cute and cozy inside and the staff was incredibly friendly! We ordered a ton of food of course and overall everything was really good other than the scallops. They smelled and tasted fishy but other than that everything was really delicious! The plates were the perfect size to share with 4 people. It was really hard for us to not order the entire menu! The beef carpaccio and the yellowfin tuna were all of our favorites. Definitely will be coming back!!

This place is designed to make you just branch out and order that menu item you may not of heard of or don't know if you'll like. Everything we got was spectacular! Just dive in and get a couple plates and enjoy! The yellow fin was the most exciting but quiet surprisingly the egg plant really blew me away! I've never had better egg plant. The fired deviled eggs were really exciting and fun, I will forever be happy to go here and have a great time! Staff was so welcoming and nice, 10/10 time!

After watching Sooooo many pizza reviews, we decided to try the Neapolitan style pizza. Thin crust and cooked in a wood fire oven. So.... First and foremost pizza was good. Being a Neapolitan style, I was expecting a bit more crunch with the slight char. The tomato sauce was very good. You could tell it was fresh crushed tomatoes and basil. Bartender and our waiter were awesome. Talked to us about the local brewery, the styles of pizza, etc. very friendly and cooperative with all the questions we had. We were both pleasantly surprised by this local downtown place. Good atmosphere and good food. A must try when downtown Chattanooga. They do offer Detroit style and New York style pizza as well. It all depends on the way YOU like your pizza cooked! VERY good pizza! I would probably give this pizza, on a pizza scale; an 8.2 which is pretty high. A little flop on the crust, but the crunch, char and the amazing tomato sauce, partnered with the atmosphere and friendly staff made it a must visit pizza place! We finished it off with the local made gelato. I had milk and honey and my wife had chocolate. Both were very flavorful and refreshing on this very hot day. Community Pizza is fitting as everyone either in or around this community should stop by and try this pizza! Thanks for a great afternoon experience!

For three dollars, it just seemed too good to pass up. It came out looking great...but, three or four bites in, I felt something was off. Then it hit me! There was no flavor! It's almost like all you guys got on their case for too much salt, so they removed it from the recipe. lol I also had the adult fried cheese. They were just OK. The dipping sauce was fantastic. I'm not sure why they didn't use that sauce in the DeMarco Pizza. If they did, they did not use nearly enough. I think what I did not like about the fried cheese was that...in my head, I expected something similar to mozzarella sticks with flavorful breading. There was no breading to this...it was like a crisp, if that makes sense. It changed the dynamic. Less of a cheese stick, more of a wonton or empanada. I also love trying new things, so I had the blackberry vinegar drink. I don't know why I thought it sounded good, but it was written in fun, colorful purple chalk as if it was a great thing I needed to try....aaaahhh...marketing mind games strikes again. Maybe it's too sophisticated for me. Place was fun. Service was great. Everybody is super friendly. Very nice vibe to it.

We tried a few beers from Five Wits and per her recommendation got the creamsicle shake as well. Solid beverage choices. The shake tasted part float part milkshake and it was absolutely delicious. Would order again. The food on the other hand was a bit eh. We ordered the Asian q burger and the mushroom melt burger and it took quite a while for them to come out and when they did they had unfortunately been left on the grill for way too long and were charred and crunchy. One set of our fries was cold and the bun to burger ratio was extremely off. Luckily, the staff agreed that our burgers were accidentally overcooked and they remade them no questions asked. The remade burgers were moist and better but still not fantastic. They were just burgers with minimal toppings on them. Not really seasoned and the flavor came from the toppings themselves. The buns were still too big for the burgers so there was a lot of extra bread and they have potential to be great but they were just average. Would have probably been a three star review but the staff and drink selection really earned the extra star. Would go back to drink and maybe snack but probably not order a burger.
