I made a mistake with a ticket purchase and all they were concerned about was pointing out that I was stupid and made a mistake (which I already knew). Definitely will never attend this festival again, it's by far the least enjoyable festival I have ever been to. If you get a chance visit Cannes, Sundance or tiff they have an insane amount of helpful and friendly volunteers and I've never experienced rude staff not trying to help if there was a problem.

(The Great Gatsby last night had HUNDREDS in line at 8:30pm for a 9pm showtime, and the place was already packed inside)
