Inspections come up will all sorts of issues that have to be corrected prior to sale. I am honestly not sure if I could have done with without Gwen Fowler and her wonderful husband Henry. Gwen practically walks on water, as far as I'm concerned. We needed a vapor barrier under the house and tons of misc repairs and Gwen arranged it all and then we paid her back out of proceeds. The day before moving I noticed the lock for the back door was missing, and they came and replaced it themselves. Gwen and her team went above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect their realtor to handle. This would have been a horrible experience without them and I am so very grateful the universe lead me to her. Gwen and Henry are kind, wonderful humans who are a pleasure to be around, as well. I couldn't imagine buying or selling a house in the Upstate with anyone else.
