I then called this company's phone number to learn that it was a cell number with out a voice mail account. The action from this company Screams SCAM!! They took forever to get someone to come look at it, then made me wait for another forever before deciding what they would cover, and then another more time because they forgot to include some of the damage, and then more before they would issue a payment and then sent the payment incorrectly! When I called they took multiple days to call back, still waiting on replies to multiple emails sent!! They are rude (especially Mike) and they are less than helpful and to be quite honest a poor excuse for the values they say they stand on. Avoid this insurance company and buy ANYWHERE else!!!!!
