Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying

He was able to take an existing furnace and utility room, redesign it, and give us quite a bit of extra basement space. John was recommended to us by our management team - he was, right off the bat responsive. He embraced our project right way with a visit, detailed conversation about what we wanted for our bedroom and master bath renovation and followed up with a timely, reasonable quote. He walked us through each line item and why the cost for each was what it was. His attention to detail is impeccable. He fit our project in between some bigger builds and renovation but he never made us feel like our project was not number one. Our timeline was tight - if his sub contractors were not available for a fix or touch up he did it himself! Buyer beware. Poor project management, execution, and customer care…read more We contracted Pioneer in April 2018 to do a whole level window replacement on our house here in Steamboat. They botched it in many different ways. The windows won't shut properly and they never replaced our screens. Pieces of wood are falling down on our balcony from where they attempted to install. see attached picture. In addition, a 3 day job turned into a 3 week job. After paying them in full they have ignored all our phone calls and even a certified letter. They refuse to fix their botched install job since July 2018. We now have to pay extra to fix a window install that we had paid Pioneer already To do. Don't trust this company. To add insult to injury, one of their workers called me a Nazi to my face. I wish I'd be making this up.
