Well well. I forgot another review. So this with be for the older rental and than i will do one for today as a update. So we rented The Viper. It was a huge bounce house that was two different parts connected as one big fun bouncer. One part was a long side by side obstacles corse and than the second part was a big wall to climb before sliding down to the end. The birthday party was a big hit thanks to this backyard entertainment center. The size made it perfect for everyone to play at the same time. The kids had a blast. We called a few weeks ago and rented a bounce castle for our daughter's birthday today. Their prices are so affordable and they came around 8:30am to set up and came back at 6:30pm to pick up. It was probably the easiest part of our day! They took care of everything and the castle itself was great quality. All of the kiddos had a great time in it. I have used the Amazing Bounce the last 2 years for our annual company picnic which typically has around 400 guests attending. This team is very professional and very good at what they do! Horrible people who are rude,disorganized,and lie.they took my credit card number almost two weeks prior to delivering my bouncer and yet didn't charge my card til morning of.they were extremely late w the promise of 8-10 the earlier the better and got here at almost 11 w only one phone call at 10:50 saying he was here.he laughed at me bc I was upset bc he was late.i was called back by the female owner who said she'd gimme $25 off then a man took the phone from her and said no discount and asked me if I wanted the bouncer or not.....we'll obviously w the b day party an hour away I couldn't say NO and he knew this!!rhis is the worst family owned business I've ever done business with and would never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

We rented the 26 foot high rock wall for our church event and we had an amazing time!!! They were prompt, courteous, and cognizant of the property they were setting up on. They were very timely in providing the proof of insurance and even adding the residence in which we were at to the insurance. The attendants were very nice to the guests. All In all I would definitely use amazing bounce. read more

It was my first time renting a jumper from amazing bounce I must say we were disappointed especially the kids the jumper didn't seem to hold air properly and the stairs going to the slide were worn down. I did call to inform them of these issues so hopefully the will fix the problems read more

If I could select zero stars I would. So we all know that 4th of July is a super busy day for most business. I booked my water slide in the month of June and paid the full amount over the phone. We originally had booked for the event to take place in Bakersfield but due to our grill not working we had to move our event to Delano since we weren't going to be able to host in our place. I called Amazing Bounce and spoke to the owner and she said it will be an additional $75 to deliver to Delano. She calls me on July 2nd at 7pm to tell me she can not deliver the water slide to Delano! If you are running a business you should be able to accommodate your customers, owner claimed that don't book in Delano but on their web site it does not state that but they will charge a delivery fee. She did give us a refund but still doesn't make right to cancel at the last minute! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK FROM YOU!!! read more

I used Amazing Bounce for a community carnival with over 4000 people attending. They arrived on time and managed to set up nine HUGE bounce houses and obstacle courses (the King Kong one was the attendee's favourite!) within the two-hour window I provided. They even moved one of the units when I decided I want happy with where I asked them to place it. They had everything they needed to set up and checked in frequently to see if I needed anything. Thier DJ service was fantastic. The music selection was right on track with our setting and event demographic. DJ Brandon did a great job. I could not be more pleased with their professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing bounce houses or DJ service.
