I had to ask for the supervisor to be there for them to actually do a decent job and when they were there they broke a 53 year old ceramic music box, tried to hide it and then when I contacted them on a Saturday- they said they don't work Saturdays. Did they ever respond on Sunday? No. Did they ever apologize? No. Did they try to pay for the damage ? No. They just ghosted me. They broke my daughter's shower door- pulling it off the hinges. They also broke an old oil lamp dating back to the 1800's. They also seemed shocked when I said I can speak some Spanish (I understand way more), and my daughter consistently told me that they were saying bad things about us... all in all--HORRIBLE. I am sorry I said anything nice about them before. Not only are they terrible cleaners - they're terrible humans.

The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. What aggravated us were the excuses as to why some of the work was not done properly. Due to that, we have decided to write a review and share our experience. We made a mistake even giving $100 tip. 1. We had to finish their work in the end of the day. The bathroom on our first floor was not cleaned properly. Ivan was in charge of it. The bathroom on our second floor was cleaned by a lady (we do not know her name) who did a better job. There were other clients online that had a same issue with the service provided by Ivan. 2. They are not equipped to clean a garage, yet they accepted it. Of course, then, we had the expectation that they would do a good job. Since it's been accepted, they might as well do it right. Again, Ivan was the one working on the garage. The equipment were not too difficult to clean. Ivan left the shelves and our equipment so dusty, especially the floors (and manager's comment is that they do not clean unfinished floors). Then again, why accepted it if he would not clean the floor. Please see the photos. 3. They arrived late, which support the other negative reviews online. The agreement was 11am. They arrived after 12pm. We had plans that we had to delay. We were notified at 10:29am, only half an hour before the agreed arrival. However, this is not a huge deal to us. But just want to give everyone a heads up that there is a large chance you need to wait. 4. Ivan's "walkthrough" was rushed. We understood that it was late in the afternoon, but the time of the day should not affect the service. I pointed out to him the bathroom on 1st floor, but we felt it was ignored. He was on a rush. Also, it could be a language barrier since he had a difficult time communicating in English. We pointed out the shelves with dusts (please see the photos), and same reaction of not wanting to do it. 5. The manager offered that they would return and clean the untouched areas. It's late in the afternoon, and we had to leave the house. I do not think it is fair to us to wait again. In addition to that, it is not acceptable to send the same staff (Ivan) who did not do a good job. If she offered to send the lady who did a better job, we would have considered. But she kept insisting to send Ivan back, along with the other lady - even we emphasized that we do not want him to return. Please see the photos. I would not recommend their service. We thought we would have a great first impression, however we did not. We are trying to find a good cleaning company since we are new in the area and just recently moved from a different county. Also most especially, we need a consistent one because we are buying another house. We wanted a professional service. Unfortunately, we are disappointed. Update and response to the manager: 1. It is NOT true we are satisfied. Clearly based on our review, we are extremely disappointed. 2. There are no "agreements" discussed prior to the cleaning. They left our curtains, window boarders, mirror behind the bathroom door, master's bedroom side table, toilet bowl of 1st floor bathroom, shelves and multiple areas untouched. 3. There are three residents in the house who witnessed the poor service. Therefore, they have the right to submit their reviews, regardless of the number of point of contacts. 4. Regarding the manager's comment about responding to her prior writing the reviews - we have had multiple conversations via text. Yet, the manager is not listening to our feedback and preference. As mentioned, she kept insisting to send the staff who did a poor job. She should send a different one. She did not grant our request.

The pictures listed the required cleaning, especially the *chandeliers* - (See the attached DROPBOX link that was provided to Rosie's before she accepted the project). So, I understood when Rosie's raised the hourly rate from $165 to $200 after their review of the work. Only two of the three expected Rosie's employees arrived. I showed the staff the house because their office had not described the anticipated work. They seemed put off and said they had to call the office. Within twenty minutes, the office called me and told me they could not clean the chandeliers. Cleaning the chandeliers was a required item agreed to before the scheduled cleaning. if Rosie's couldn't provide this type of cleaning, that was understandable, but I required a company to clean the chandeliers. When I explained the pre-condition of the job, Rosie's agreed they would be able to clean the chandeliers. I explained the work required in detail and provided pictures to Rosie's before them accepting the job. WHY AGREE TO CLEAN THE CHANDELIERS IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT EQUIPPED TO PERFORM THE TASK? Each year I had several companies come in to quote on resealing. No one thought it could be done without a chemical stripper which would kill the plantings underneath. Several thought I needed to pull off all the decking planks and replace them. All of these quotes were well into the thousands of dollars. Then I noticed how beautiful my friend's deck was when I visited her in the Mendham area and got Mr. Burrini's name. He was incredibly gracious about coming up to Bergen county and assured me that this was a "standard issue" job for them. He sounded so confident and his price was so reasonable, I thought "what have I got to loose?" When I came home last Friday and saw the job they did, I nearly cried. My deck looks like I had dreamed it would when I splurged for mahogany in the first place. Everything had been neatly removed from the deck and all the plantings underneath were unscathed by the powerwashing. I think there are a lot of jokers with a power washer and cans of sealer in this business, these guys are the real deal. Each time I look at my deck I feel like throwing my arms around those guys for solving a eyesore that made me miserable for years.
