I needed a special cross for a funeral floral arrangement. Sue worked with me over the phone for the perfect one. It was a Jerusalem stone cross. Absolutely stunning in the arrangement that English Garden Flower Shop (also highly recommend) put together. Sue was so kind and patient. I have not been to the store, but to work with her over the phone with very easy and a pleasant experience. When I am in the area, I will definitely stop in. The store has limited hours; however, the owner worked with me during non store hours on Friday and then on Saturday we finalized all the arrangements when she was back in.
