Amazon FR: you have really disappointed me. I have been waiting for a product I ordered and it has been a complete disaster!!! I received an email from Amazon confirming I would receive my boots on the 16th of November. Therefore, I waited at home on this day. In other words, I had to reschedule/shift my schedule so I would be home to receive the package on this day, ie the day Amazon confirmed it would arrive. However, Amazon came another day, not the day it said it would. So I called them and the Amazon rep. CONFIRMED TO ME and told me that she even spoke to the delivery person to CONFIRM once again that the boots would be delivered on the 16th of November. In the US, when Amazon confirms the product will arrive on that day, this is exactly what happens. If there is a delay, then Amazon is quick to send an update. I guess Amazon France does not understand how Amazon works. On the day Amazon said they were going to send my boots, instead they called me to tell me that in fact they were not going to send my boots, but that I needed to go and pick them up somewhere. In addition, I had to request that they actually send me an email with the address, this, after a rep. blatantly hung up on me. I have been an Amazon US customer since 2004 and never had a problem. To have an Amazon rep. hang up the phone on me when I am trying to figure out where the product I ordered is and why, after days, I have not received it, is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN. read more
