AMB is a great company. I see the negative reviews. However, that hasn't been my experience. People tend to want an instant credit sweep and that's NOT what this company is about. If you didn't ruin your credit in a few months, how do you expect this company to magically fix your credit in a few months. Great credit takes time, and educating customers on the do's and don't's on maintaining great credit. If you do exactly what AMB suggest, you'll get amazing results. This review is based on my experience with trying to work with this company. I have been trying to reach out and get information about their services for almost 2 months now. I would send inquiries and post questions and never received a reply. I finally received a reply after 45+ days when I reached out to the founder Arnita. Never apologized for lack of response and didnt seem to want my business or make an effort to make it easy to sign up. Although I get that they would have to review my credit history, they still should be honest to answering questions to see if they can even help you. Especially befofe you pay the $149 with no chance of refund if they can't. They set no expectations on how the process goes either. Unfortunate I have to write this. I signed up for Arnita's credit class held in August. I missed it due to a family emergency. Totally unavoidable. I reached out several times to see if I could get the replay or simply be enrolled in the next one happening in September. Arnita's staff constantly told me no. As someone who holds webinars myself and always provides a replay as my customers have lives and stuff happens, I can't imagine charging $399 and not even having the decency to allow them access to the next class which would have cost them nothing. Be careful about the companies you spend money with. Make sure they are companies that truly value you as a customer before spending in any capacity. read more

Hi, This company is not one I would advocated using for credit repair. I can't speak to the efficacy of their work, but more to the lack of communication, follow up, and education on credit repair. I paid for their service for 7 months, and constantly didn't receive follow up that was specific to my credit issues or questions. A lot of it was canned response; as well as missed appointments. Their approach is very formulaic and lacks in customer service. Credit repair takes a lot of time, however, trying to ask question to begin building your credit (i.e. secure loans, secure card, advice etc.) is a struggle. I watched testimonials, and if you noticed, some of them iterate results AFTER complaining about the customer service or lack of communication, and then being contacted. Please be wary, and I would suggest that if your strength lies in micromanaging, and you have a little money to lose, then give it a shot. Otherwise, this company is only good for automated formulaic responses to most credit issues. Wishing you the best and great credit health! read more

No results. Terrible communication and customer service. Simply put, do not sign up for their services. I signed up in an attempt to increase my score to obtain low interest rates for purchasing a home. They missed multiple appointments and only sent generic automated responses when I requested updates. I stayed with this company for 6 months and NEVER saw ANY change to my credit report, nor any responses from any creditor they sent correspondences to. I am inclined to believe those documents were never sent. Save yourself the time, hassle and money and utilize a different company for your credit repair needs. I seldom write negative reviews, but felt it necessary to warn others. Word of advice AMB- revamp your business model and retrain your staff ASAP!!! read more

Signed up in 2019 because I had worked with them in 2016. In 2016 they were awesome. Now I would advise everyone to not waste any money. They are a joke. Non responsive. Clientele got too much to handle and customer service went down. read more

I started with AMB in May of this yr after I saw how much positive support and testimonials on instagram. I have had 3 sets of dispute letters supposedly sent to the credit bureaus and creditors but I have not gotten one correspondence anyone of them. No profile information has been update with the corrected information and that's the easiest step. My addresses and employment information are all still the same, not one update from any of the credit bureaus. But honestly for me the lack of communication is very unprofessional. Every time I send a message it takes well over a week for a generic response and as if I am bothering them. I have not once missed a payment or skipped out of a payment on them, I made sure to show that I am serious about raising my credit score. So I decided to cancel my services today, and sent me an email so fast in less than 2 hours and tried to blame it on me as if I trying to rush my credit score and be unrealistic about the process, closed the ticket instantly. And I am sorry but that is unacceptable. Even though there is a small portion of clients saying communication is a big problem, please take that as an opportunity for some re-education to your staff. FYI: I am not here to bad mouth or shame the company, just giving my honest review and shedding light on areas of improvement. read more

I signed up due to all of the great testimonials. I paid my enrollment fee, purchased Identity IQ as requested, and waited on my consultation call.....which never happened. The company apologized saying they were in training and unable to make scheduled calls. Poor excuse....they could've simply provided an explanation beforehand that they were unavailable or made those dates unavailable on theIr calendar to be selected. So after 2 scheduled calls that they never provided, I asked for a refund. I received an email indicating that it would be processed in 3-5 business days. Well that didn't happen. I called & finally got a representative who indicated that it was never processed. She sent an invoice showing the refund. Well.....I thought that would be the end. They attempted to debit my account more. I currently filed a claim through my bank & did a block merchant request. This has been the worse experience ever. I wouldn't recommend their services. Maybe they were good 2 years ago but as of today....I'm not going to call them a scam, they just operate very scammish and have non-existent customer service since they barely respond. read more

I just came to say that I can't thank Arnita and AMB Credit Consultants enough for what they have done for me and my credit. Today I was able to close on my home and get a business loan to start my new business. I have been in her program for 13 months and although there were times when I wanted to give up, AMB Credit kept me motivated to keep going and I am so glad I did. When I started the program, my credit score was a 506 and today I proudly stand in the 700s across the board. I have referred so many of my family and friends and like me, they are extremely happy with the services AMB Credit Consultants has provided thus far. I could go on and on because I am overjoyed right now. This company is really like family and I feel as if I know them.
