This guy took advantage of my 17 year old son. My son called him for quote on a key for his truck and the guy showed up made the key my son told him he didn't have the money to pay for it. They offered to let him detail 2 of his vehicles and then he would give him the key.u son did the work and now they guy refuses to give him the key. While traveling across country, I discovered I had left my truck cover key at home. I contacted a Leer dealer in Oklahoma City but they didn't have anything. I was concerned because I didn't want the truck bed unlocked while I spent the night in a motel. I started calling lock smiths and they all either said they couldn't help or I got an answering machine. We looked in Weatherford and got hold of Scott. He was on an emergency call in Elk City but he said he could help if we could meet him at Walmart. We got there as he was finishing up his other job and he went to work on our problem and had us another key in about 20 minutes. Great service and great work! read more

Scott was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were trimming some trees in the yard and he went in the house to grab me a bottle of water then accidentally locked us out. We searched the web and found Ambassador Lock and Keys contact number. He came within minutes with a sweet woman who assisted him the entire time. They were polite and quick. This business refuses to communicate by email despite having a very nice website and a nice email form on their website. They also publish their direct email address on their website but will not respond to emails sent to that address. They did respond to a Yelp Request For A Quote but only to ask that I call them. I cannot find their business listed anywhere on the Better Business Bureau website and that is a red flag for me for a business that has supposedly been around as long as they state they have. Refusing to respond to emails and no BBB file is a deal killer for me. read more
