Sleeping that night was very uncomfortable, and the affected areas grew painful over time. What concerns me most is the way this was handled. Before leaving, I was asked to sign a waiver. In hindsight, it felt like the practitioner was aware of the extent of the reaction and had me sign paperwork before I realized what had happened. I understand that blistering can occasionally occur with cupping, but the lack of transparency and aftercare, along with how the situation was managed, left me very disappointed.
