I believe this is the flagship Burberry store so I had to visit. I wasn't planning on buying…read moreanything at first but with a little peer pressure from my boyfriend, I couldn't resist. Service is outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. He was actually fairly new to working at Burberry but helped me the entirety of my shopping experience. I was also more casually dressed so I truly respect him for not judging my outward appearance as some other designer stores can and will do that to you. The selection is incredible. They literally have everything but I had my heart set out on the classic trench coats. The other thing I didn't realize was that since 2021, they have removed taxes on their sales, saving me at least $300, probably more than if I were to purchase it in the USA. Well worth it!

It's another one of those SIDN stores (Shit I Don't Need) filled to the brim with lovely, pricey, sparkly things that you wouldn't consider buying for yourself but would be nice to buy as a present for someone else. The decor of the place is beautiful and whimsical. There is the kids section in the rear with so many fun things and a beautiful golden tree mirror that i totally want transplanted into my room. There's also a selection of used/vintage (and I think new?) clothing that is fairly priced but too rich for my blood at the moment. I worked with MJ and she was absolutely fabulous. I am not a tiny person by any means and she took the time to grab me some additional sizes out of the back. They do have up to size 16. Just ask for a sales clerk to help you. MJ totally went above and beyond for me. I got boots, a trenchcoat, and I even bought my mom a really nice wrap over poncho. Some of the items are marked down 50% off and then they have additional tag sales that are 40 50 and 60% off the sticker price. One trenchcoat would normally cost $2600+ I got everything for under $1400. This place is totally legit if you can make it it's worth a trip. They have bags, accessories, men's, and women's stuff. They even have shoes and kids clothes. It's a massive store. Give yourself some time and give the staff some grace. I can see why people will rave about this place online. The deals are real.

I found the perfect purse at a great price for a designer purse. This store has a great selection of purses, accessories, and clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason I am writing this review is let people know that the Wi-Fi is not the best in this area of town. I had to wait in the store to call Uber because as soon as I walked outside I lost coverage. Both drop off and pickup had to be done on the main street and not in front of the Burberry Outlet.

Some people like 60's vintage with its flowing skirts and bohemian prints. Some people like the emperor's new clothes which gets quite risque. Some people like to ride Bengali tigers around town. What the Butler wore like mainly dull 40-60's clothes that don't much hold my attention. Nor do they hold grudges, which is always appreciated. Someone somewhere sometime someplace will like this stuff, but it's not my style. I want color and pizazz and fitted pencil skirts and 20's flapper dresses, not much of which I saw here. (I saw not, but nor did I chainsaw. Good thing eh? But if you know of a good see saw in town, we should talk). There's a lot to look at in the store and the staff seems nice enough, but if this store were a magnet, I wouldn't be a metallic product. Oh my oh my, I couldn't resist! It all looked so good too! But I was able to control myself and only got a cheese scone and fig fruit tart. It's just something I never had before. The fruit tart was a little sweet but good. The cheese scone smelled great but I haven't tried it. I don't have room for it yet. This will also be an ideal place to get some souvenirs for your folks too.
