Ambuttans always take a trip from MAS and you confirm the trip and the day of the trip they say they couldn't do it and they let MAS know. But they don't call MAS they put it into a computer. Don't rely on Ambutrans because they are unreliable. read more

Excellent service. Drivers are friendly and very professional. Usually on time and passenger is called to confirm prior to pickup.

Ambutrans Ambulette Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday my friend and I wait for the van. He needs transportation because he must go to dialysis. He uses a walker so this ambulette with a wheelchair lift is necessary. Since I usually keep him company while he is waiting for the van to arrive I can attest to the fact that they treat my friend respectfully. They have only been late once and it was weather related. The ambulette is kept clean and the wheelchair lifts work smoothly. The vehicle always looks new. My friend and I are pleased with this service and if given a choice we would request them for medical transportation again. read more
