They are very professional and knowledgeable. Was referred to them by my previous tax preparer when he moved to Florida and I've never been disappointed that he did. Laura goes out of her way to make sure that our taxes (that include not only the Federal but WI and IL returns) are done correctly and on-time or she sets up an extension if necessary (and it has been). And did I mention that the prices are very reasonable? They also have recently setup a really nice looking web-site at https://www.jacksonboscotax.com that I can use to track my transactions. I was told the work I needed could be done in a couple of weeks. It's my error for not getting a…read moredate in writing. When I followed up, I was told it would be even longer. They did not reach out to me to share the new completion date, I had to follow-up with them. I shared that their date was too late, so I didn't need their services. I took my online files back. Apparently, they had already downloaded my records, and they did the work anyway (completing it a month passed the deadline), and I was on the hook for almost $300 for nothing. If you use them, I recommend in-person only (because once they have your documents online, it obviously doesn't matter if you cancel, and it doesn't matter if they meet deadlines).
