Brian not only looks at the investments with Edward Jones but he will also take time to look at my 401K and other outside investments. I never feel pressured to dump all my money into one basket. As far as Edward Johns as a company, they are consistently listed high for investor satisfaction and recently were 6th on Fortune's best places to work, so they must be doing something right. You never see them in the news for the wrong reasons. The meetings are never rushed and Marsha, the office manager, is well on the ball by confirming appointments a couple of days in advance, making sure paperwork is ready to sign, and promptly sending out documents that need my attention. Multiple calls required, each time having to sit on hold For an hour when the recording says up to 5 minutes. Finally got it done after 45 days (which shouldn't have taken longer than a couple weeks) and I cannot get my original bank paid. 3 weeks later and check still not received by Chase. Sitting on hold, AGAIN, for an hour to likely get no resolve. I suppose I will add to this shortly when my problem isn't solved and I'm told to call back and sit on hold again for an hour in another few days. This is ridiculous
