Steer clear of this agency. They provided two women, who were friends, to live in seven days a week…read more( one five days and the other two days) following my surgery, just to make sure I was okay. I did not require any personal care. They wound up sitting on the floor propped up against the wall most of the time on their cell phones. Although this was always represented as a temporary job I was charged $5000 for a permanent job which my son unknowingly paid. I discovered shortly before I let them go that I was missing some brand new cleaning supplies as well as some brand new towels. Needless to say neither one of them knew anything about them. After they were gone and I got back to normal household routine I noticed how many other things were missing. Household supplies, and a lot of clothing. One or both were adept at removing items from a box which was closed and tied with ribbon. They took the items and replaced the ribbons to make it look as though they were never opened. One of the items is a $500.00 dress which I bought for my granddaughter. I am also missing a gold watch which my parents gave me when I graduated from college. I am still finding the occasional item which is missing. There are quite a few, and there will be more. I am sure they made the same mistake a lot of people make, especially "caregivers" by assuming that senior citizens have some degree of dementia and they will never notice. I do not have dementia and I noticed! Meanwhile, the owner of the agency will not return the payment he should never have gotten ( he was paid other amounts for the service) and said business is bad!

This agency will NOT accept: 1. Applicants without any…read moreexperience; 2. Applicants without any references. Babysitters, especially. They offer BABY NURSE TRAINING AND CERTICATE but does not guarantee any job. There is no deployment after being certified as a Baby Nurse. If you are applying as a caregiver, they will require you to have a Home Health Aide certification, and experience. They prefer applicants with experience from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Russia. They have very limited opportunities for middle age applicants. They prefer the BEST OF THE BEST APPLICANTS FOR NANNIES and Caregivers and housekeepers. This is agency is NOT NEWBIE applicant friendly. I wrote this review so fellow job hunters will save time, hope, money and energy. I hope this helps fellow applicants.
