Constant harassment and bullying from supervisors. As soon as your first week you are told you will be dismissed if you don't make production and they continue to tell you this at least once a week. Mico- management from supervisors is suffocating. You are told not to use restrooms unless you are on break but then told not to take a break so you can make more production. Lots of rear end kissing and snitching is encouraged by second shift supervisor as she likes to eat popcorn and watch videos on her phone in her office but also enjoys bullying and harassing all. Supervisors are narcissistic and employees are simply robots to them. The work is not difficult and most of the co-workers are awesome....it's just not worth how awful the supervisors treat you. read more
