I decided to have them performs the work this spring, and they were kind enough to honor the price I was quoted. Of note, I had two other companies also provide an estimate but neither offered the extensive warranty length SN did (25 years from the manufacturer!), and the quotes were nearly as much. SN worked me into their schedule quickly after I paid the deposit. The employees arrived at the time promised and worked quickly to power wash, then seal my concrete. They gave me some helpful tips re: the sealant and concrete care in general before they left. I truly appreciated the communication, timeliness and most importantly, the finished product.
