Including the owner answering the phone or watching for texts during my massage. My daughter needed a massage and I suggested she try it and to ask for Linda. She had her massage with Linda and told me when I picked her up that Linda was on her phone during the massage . The massage was helpful but very expensive considering she did not get Linda's full attention. If I'm going to pay that much for a massage I want full attention.
