Steer Clear!! They do NOT deliver on what they promise. I was awarded a prize of an 11 x 14 Metal Print from ACI at a recent photo event and when I went to their site to submit my order it required the entry of a valid credit card. The order proceeded to the end of the process, still indicating there was a $36 charge and even with the entry of the "promo code", the order amount was not indicated as reduced. There were no indications that this would be processed at "no cost". Step 2, call customer service: Customer Service indicated that every account must have a credit card on file/record. Reputable businesses today provide the consumer with the ability to save or retain credit card information, but this is the organization is requiring/mandating it. With all of the data leaks and breaches today, for a company to insist on having credit card information, especially for a "No Charge" item, on their system and in their files is risky and should be concerning for anyone looking to do business with this company. read more

I have been with ACI since 2006 and they are OUTSTANDING! You are treated like family, they DO deliver what's promised and their color quality is TOP NOTCH! I look forward to going to conventions just to see everyone from ACI. I have had a tour of the facility and it was amazing and educational. Customer service has always helped me with anything I needed help with. If I have ever had an issue, and remember they are human also and mistakes can happen, they are always very quick to resolve the issue and make it right. ACI is #1!!! read more
