I called to ask for a 2 week extension because my car insurance dropped me because of the vehicle I have is high risk to be stolen so of course I had to put down a higher down payment and insurance also went sky high. The lady on the phone acted like it was her company and i owed her money very rude 2 weeks my payments have been on time ven paid early. I can't believe 2 weeks was an issue so that I can catch up on other bills that were effected because of my car insurance issue. I was trying to do the right thing and maintain car insurance. I would never recommend financing through this company period. If 2 weeks was an issue imagine if I couldn't pay at all. I wish I would have never gotten their car.
