"RICHARD GARCIA" of "American Debt Enders" was my contact when I contacted "AMERICAN DEBT ENDERS", we discussed my financial situation and If they could help me. He told me about a company called "The US Hardship Group" that he has referred several clients to with amazing results. Sounded good but I wanted to do my research. I found "US Hardship group" out of "Newport Beach, CA", I checked the reviews and they painted a very bad history with many horrifying stories, so I called "RICHARD GARCIA" and shared what I had found and my concerns,he told me that Newport Beach company was not affiliated with there office in Henderson, NV and If I looked up there reviews it would be a different story, so I did and the reviews were good, there weren't very many but I was satisfied. BUT!!!!! Here's where I made my first mistake, I didn't think to check and see if the phone #s were the same at each location, unfortunately they are, I just didn't think to do it at the time, It has been a very costly mistake. " RICHARD GARCIA" is a smooth talker and really makes you feel at ease in conversation. Anyways this company he set me up with "The US Hardship Group" has been taking $300 a month for about a year and for the first 9 or 10 months everything was good smooth sailing. Then I noticed on my account page at "US Hardship Group" that the progress with some creditors had changed, Instead of going to collectors which they claim to work with to get you debt free, three of the first four were tagged with Lawyers office's. Now keep in mind they never even called me to Inform me that they no longer were associated with these cases, they said that I had two choice's they would pay a retaining free for a lawyer they use or they could coach me over the phone how to negotiate with a lawyer, yeah didn't like those odds, so they set me up with one of there attorney's that would contact the creditors lawyer and come to a settlement, by the way the worst case scenario would be that I would have to pay 40% of the debt back, that's what they claim. He came back with a settlement alright. I have to pay 100% of the debt back but I get three years to do it, " SERIOUSLY ", So I called "RICHARD GARCIA" to talk about what's happening. His phone # had been disconnected, I tried several times but he was gone, so contacted "US Hardship Group" to give me his contact info but they claimed they didn't have it and I was on my own. Moving things forward, this Review is about "AMERICAN DEBT ENDERS & RICHARD GARCIA" so real quick with "the US Hardship group", they would not return my emails and when I phoned them there answers were usually the accounts are in progress or research, the accounts that they dropped out of the program are stated money back guarantee on the accounts they drop, to this day they have not given me a dime and nor do they Intend to. Ok so I cancelled the contract with "US Hardship group" and guess what happened that day, 'RICHARD GARCIA " contacted me and ask why I quit the contract, when I asked him what happened, he said they cancelled his # and US Hardship should have given it to me, but they claimed they did not have it. So the new plan was Richard was he was gonna get some of my money back and that I should keep going with US Hardship group. So in the attempt to hopefully get some money back I played along, that lasted a couple weeks with one disappointment after another. The last day dealing with him I asked him what happened to the 3 way call we were suppose to have 5 days prior regarding the money, he said he's working on it and stop with the attitude. right then I new I had 100% been taken and cut off ties with all of them.
