I can't compliment Brian and his crew at American Dreamspace enough. We had them add a sunroom to our house in Wells and, from the initial meeting to the final cleanup, the project could not have gone better. The project ran from May to October and Brian, the owner, was engaged throughout. We have all had contactors that start a job and then go dark, disappear, and become unreachable. Not the case here. Brian answered every phone call and text promptly and was proactive in keeping us informed every step of the way. He was helpful with suggestions and very flexible in making changes. A true professional. Corey and Damien, his crew, were thorough and more than capable craftsmen. They were friendly and very easy to work with. And they took their time to make sure every detail was complete. The project had some challenges, and they were truly up to the task. Pearl, who supplied the drawings and detail sketches, made it easy to understand what the completed project would look like. We have dealt with many contractors over the years. Mostly good, and a few not-so-much. American Dreamspace stands head and shoulders with the best of them. They are a great, local small business and a credit to the trade. read more
