Instead of a can of room spray I got an unmarked package of black, gauze-like material. I have tried calling the customer service number and get a recorded message saying that I may have dialed the wrong number, cannot complete the call. I sent them an email and 2 customer service emails from their webpage and get NO response. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If they finally get back to me with a corrective action, I will update this posting. Until then, STAY AWAY.

Janice patiently researched the item and escorted my wife to the aisle where it was now located. This entire transaction consumed at least 15 minutes of her time - an eternity in the fast-paced world of retail - but Janice was professional from start to finish.
