Didn't have a bad experience with customer service everybody was helpful and nice. The items can be a little pricey especially the Nike and Adidas but that's expected from those brands. They usually have some good sales on their items if you catch them on a good day. Their located right across from Sam's Club and have plenty of parking.

Hello, There have been several occasions that I have…read morevisited your store located in the Valdosta Georgia mall. On the last 3 occasions I have received poor customer service. On this date I was in this particular store and was greeted briefly by a sales associate as I browsed running shoes. Did she ever ask if I needed any assistance? No. The ladies shoes happen to be located by the check out and I did happen to pick out 3 pair that I was interested in trying on (I normally purchase 2 pair at a time). Was I ever assisted? No. Was the store busy? Hardly! There were 2 young men associates that were behind the counter talking who were greeted by the first young lady that greeted me and another young lady. As I stood there for about 15 minutes with two different shoes in my hands waiting I was never assisted. I'm not sure how well it pot this store does in sales since it is located in a mall but it has horrible customer service. If I would have purchased even two of the shoes I had looked at, you store would've made at a minimum of $250 in sales. My sons was both wanting to purchase new socks and a book bag. So this store lost more than $300 in sales. Shame on your management choice for this store are obviously they do not monitor their associates enough to provide a better shopping experience. There is a hibbett sports located in my town and even though they usually do not have a great selection or have in the sizes I need I'd much rather order and wait than drive to the Valdosta location.

I backed track everywhere I'd gone, still no keys. I was one of three people to enter the store when they opened the door for business. The store manager Chris approached me and I explained that I had lost my key ring and he immediately went into action. By this time I felt faint. Chris went to retrieve me a chair and paper towels because I'm so nervous I'm sweating and scared. I'm three hours walking and looking for my keys with Chris at my side when he could be available for me. Chris checked outside where my BMW was parked just in case I'd left the keys in car, Chris checked shopping carts, under counters...nothing! Shoppers had stopped to help me. After about my sixth back tracking I finally found my keys hanging on a dress that I had picked up but decided not to buy. I want to say a big THANK YOU TO CHRIS at T J MAXX for taking the time to help me in my time of distress. I feel I made a friend that day.

I came in to make a return with my friend and we were assisted by the nicest girl ever but she…read moreneeded some help on how to make a return with no receipt so she asked the rude "coordinator" for some help and the coordinator looked at us and rolled her eyes and let out a huge sigh. She was just so rude to her employee she was crying at the end of our transaction. I felt so bad for her and kept saying she was doing amazing.

Three girls standing behind the desk - 2 ringing out customers. Two long lines and one girl walks off. Cashier asked customers to form one line - why there was 2 cashiers , two lines. I sat my stuff down and walked out. Since the remodel and hiring of new staff Victoria's Secret has gone down hill. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE STORE AGAIN !!
