They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. I was very happy with the response and service from American Eagle Roofing & Chimney. We were having our chimney swept and wanted an inspection of the integrity of the chimney structure. Israel and his crew were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and set up an appointment that worked on my schedule. The cleaning was prompt and thorough and the inspection included not only what needed to be done, but the justification and easy explanation as to why it should be done. The crew was friendly and respectful of our property and all necessary credentials were provided before any work was done. I can accept the fact that all of this work took over nine months to complete with the onset of last winter but the gutter (easiest task?) was not installed correctly, It is nearly level resulting in rain water overflowing the gutter, down the side of my house, right into my basement. Mid-July I reached out to the owner (Soverns) and sent pictures/video of water overflowing the gutter but nothing has been done. Apparently the pictures/video was never received so I resent them and now await action. John Griffin
