Do NOT go here! 1st off I showed up on a Monday at 12:30pm and there was a hand written sign they won't be back until 2pm. They are only opened 9-5 so not sure where the guy was (That should have been my 1st clue). I went back on Tuesday and the guy said he would have it done by Friday. I got back to my car and remembered I was going out of town. So out of courtesy I went back in and told the guy he could have until Monday to finish. I forgot to go pick it up on Monday so I went Tuesday at 4pm. The guy hadn't even started my trophy yet. No phone call. Nothing. Very unprofessional. Wasn't willing to work with me for a discount or anything for my troubles. Luckily I have plenty time to get the trophy finished SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I needed some plaques made in a short time frame. I called around and/or visited 4 other shops located on my commute to San Diego. Each shop acted as if my simple order was an emergency, would be very expensive, and nearly impossible to complete on time. I would even go as far to say two of the shops were downright rude. Then I visited Chris at American Eagle. Chris showed me all the options and made some suggestions, again, very different from the other shops. Chris told me, "Yeah, I can get that done- No Problem." They would be on time AND his quote was even the cheapest quote! It all sounded a little too good to be true. I was wrong, it was all true. They were done, on time, and the price was as advertised without a per plaque typesetting fee that I had been quoted twice before from other shops! I was supposed to pick them up on a Friday. I had a very serious family emergency on that Friday and could not make it even though my banquet was on a Sunday. Yep, you guessed it. Chris drove to the shop on a day the shop was closed, and gave me the plaques. I really did not expect that and the plaques made the banquet. Thank you Chris and AET! read more
