When I called the agency about ten days ago on the day and at the time of my appointment with Kristi, she was not available, so I was passed to Jennifer. Jennifer helped me with the home policy, but questions remained about the EQ policy. I set a follow up appointment for Jennifer to call me today, 3/12, at 2pm. No one called at 2pm. At 2:10 pm Kristi called and I find myself having the same conversation I had with Jennifer 10 days ago. This agency is proving unresponsive and unprofessional.
