Dawn Moore is the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. She researched and found me the right loan at a great rate. She is 100% amazing. She made the paperwork so easy to the point that she went to the trouble of retrieving electronic copies of my bank statements so that I didn't have to copy and scan them all, which would have taken so many hours. She is also very honest and wants the best for her clients. At one point, someone offered me private, portfolio funding. She said that she wanted to look at the offer and make sure there weren't hidden dangers built-into that funding. If the private funding was good, she said she'd encourage me to go that route. Meanwhile, she told me what to look out for. Sure enough, she was right and the funding wasn't a great deal. She was also always available to answer questions, morning, noon, night, and weekends. She is so professional and knowledgeable and made the process of financing my dream house (a process I normally dread) easy and enjoyable.
