If I could give zero stars, I would. Not helpful, they lie, they dodge calls, and the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. This place was paid to provide a wheelchair for our son. We waited three hours at the hospital from the time we got there to pick him up to get this chair and they gave him a child sized one that he cannot use because he has a cast and his leg has to be extended and elevated. I called and was told they do not have larger chairs but they had leg extenders. I was told it would be delivered that eve, or because of accidents and roadblocks, first thing this morning if not last night. I called this afternoon when it never came, and was told, "no, that's not what he said to you, he said this..." No lady... I was on the call for 12 minutes yesterday, I know what he said. Then she says, "well, I'll have to have a manager call you back." Waited an hour and a half and no call, so I called again. "Well, he's on a call, he has your number." I said good, please tell him to use it. Waited another hour and a half. No call back so I called again. This time I was put on hold and left on hold so I hung up and called back. This time when she went to put me on hold, she didn't push the button. I listened as she proceeded to laugh and joke, and tell her boss that there was something WRONG with this woman and that she just kept calling. Then she laughed some more and when I said, "oh hell no!" She realized I wasn't on hold so she put me on hold and left me there while her boss called my husband and told him that they just don't have any extensions right now. So a place that is paid to provide wheelchairs can't provide the item, or even the respect of a callback so we could have looked somewhere else instead of carrying a teenage boy back and forth to the bathroom and bed for 24 hours. Maybe someone keeps calling because they expect a business to do the job they are paid to do. Maybe this person calls back because they are stressed because their son was fully run over by a truck and had a broken arm and leg and doesn't have what he needs to function on the most basic level. And if that means something is wrong with the person calling, then what is this rude nasty secretary's excuse for being a shitty human? She should not work with the public, especially when the people she is dealing with is under high stress over medical issues, if she can't handle a basic request such as, do the job you are paid to do. read more

I am from Pennsylvania and was visiting relatives in Conway SC. I forgot to pack the cord for my CPAP. I was lucky to find American Home patient in Conway. They gave me a cord to use during my visit free of charge. very nice place and great people. read more
