When she called the Saturday, the day before the party, she couldn't get anyone to answer and the again on Sunday. We had to change the location to another venue in Beatrice, but they never called to let her know they couldn't accommodate her or that they won't be open. We also found out this has happened to multiple other people in the area. Very unprofessional.
