We sat at the bar and we waited a few minutes for the bartender. There is usually one person working at that time so I am understanding of a wait time. The girl who was bartending was very rude to us. She asked if we were members even though Friday is open to anyone. When we told her we were never approached about this before she really became rude. When we got up to leave she changed her attitude a bit and served us. The drinks cost $8 more than they did the last time we stopped there. I am really disappointed and will never go there again.

I have to say that I really enjoy their food. They got a new chef at some point in the last few years and he's really turned the food around. My parents go here a lot and sure my dad's a shriner and likes to support the club, but the food is really good too. My mom always gets the crab cakes. My dad will get almost anything on the menu. I love the french onion soup. I think the last time I went I got the salmon and it was great. Maggie is the best waitress. She really gets to know her customers. I think she basically has my mom's order memorized. I've also been for brunch on Sunday and it's really nice. Buffet style, but they also have an omelet station. The food is solid and the mimosas are yummy. It's a great brunch option for the area. Also, just of note, you don't have to be a member to go to dinner here.

Our server was very nice but was not paying any attention to his customers. The supporting staff were in trained and intrusive. The food was not served in a timely manner, they served two out of three salads to another table and we had to follow up. We were told they had run out of prime rib and a rib eye was offered - the served an over cooked end piece of prime rib anyway, wrong temperature and a huge piece of meat. Overall all entrees were mediocre to bad. The experience was so bad we knew it was time to leave, the check was presented with a Brunch Buffet charge of $19.95 added in error too. The background work going on by the staff seemed to forget that people were still dining in the dining room. These were generally speaking, a bunch of kids playing restaurant without leadership or skills to do the job. This is now part of the restaurant group that has taken over many area restaurants and they are not doing very well at this location.
